International shipping is handled by FedEx or UPS and may take 2–7 business days. All parcels are insured. Orders to countries outside the European Union may incur additional charges (customs, VAT) payable by the recipient. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.
What should I do when I find damage to the parcel?
In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take a photo of the damaged package and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. If such an operation was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact us office@woodenstory.pl
